First thought: if you already have cameras deployed (security, home, workplace), the marginal step to "robotic surveillance" isn't new hardware, it's a world model + policy layer on top of feeds you already own. When does it make sense to build/buy that layer vs. when do you actually need new sensors or physical actuation?
